The Norwegian Buhund Club was formed in 1967 and is registered with the Kennel Club of Great Britain. The club holds three shows a year; open shows in spring and early summer and a championship show in the Autumn. The club is generally considered to be friendly, if you are a friend of the breed you will be given a warm welcome at all club events. Membership is open to pet owners and overseas members as well as breeders and exhibitors. You can find an application form for membership on the downloads on this site.
Cheltenham & District Canine Society are putting on some Buhund classes on 28th February 2010 Best in show will be judged by Stuart Mallard Pastoral Group Marion Sargent and Buhund classes will be judged by Marion Sargent. Schedules can be downloads at www.arenaprint.co.uk and www.cheltdcs.co.uk venue is Bromyard Equestrian Centre and heating will be provided.
