Minor Puppy Dog: (1) Lindstrom & Stirling: Arncroft Kimura A beautiful, very mature 8 month old, great outline, nicely curled tail with the correct proportioned head with a lovely dark eye. Is obviously exercised to just the right amount, tight feet, strong pasterns (unusual in puppies this age) well muscled, good depth of rib. RCC. Puppy Dog: (1) Repeat Junior Dog: (1) B.Hall: Ailort Just the Ticket , Just 12 months of age, a typical teenager who needs to grow on. Nice head, dark eye, good tail set, short in back but longer on the leg, needs time. Yearling Dog: (0) Novice Dog: (1) N.Kent: Knytshall Finbar , Nice head and expression with a dark eye. Good rich coat, slightly slack tail, tight feet. Moved a little close behind. Post-Graduate Dog: (4) 1) Deacon, Deacon & Cobb, Knytshall Fergus , Lovely compact shape, good wedge shaped head with good eye, mobile ears, well muscled, good depth of rib, moved soundly. 2) S.Stonton: Trelowen Byan Fortyn , Slighter in build than (3), well muscled with nice tight feet. Dark eye. 3)R.Johnson: Marambu Tamdhu, Good shaped head, moved ears well. A nice dog not shown to full advantage by novice handler.Res) Knytshall Finbar Limit Dog: (5) 1)Beaton, Bulabs Skylon , A nice all round package, lightly built, well muscled, tight tail, looked good in profile. Dark eye and expression. Moved soundly. 2) K & S Bowe, Trelowen Cantyr among Ekusen, Head, overall shape and colouring reminded me of my 1st champion Dynastic. Maybe a little heavier. Beautiful head and expression, with dark eye. Good thick coat. To improve his overall outline owner needs to find a way for him to extend his neck and therefore complete a good outline. 3) C.Vines, Ailort Highlander at Parvodene , Lovely shape, well muscled but moved close behind on the day. Res. Deuchar's Tonylynn's Charles Lafitte VHC John & Sercombe's Trelowen Tygeth Open Dog: (9) 1)D.Stirling, Ch. Arnscroft Di Claudius, Large, strong, Buhund dog, who moved soundly. Well muscled, good depth of rib, strong shoulder placement with excellent tail set. To be honest maybe he has grown slightly too much for my personal taste, so has lost the elegance that the Veteran winner has. 2) S. Sercombe, Ch. Trelowen Pistyll Another classy dog, somewhat smaller (1) again good overall profile, nice head and expression. Moved well. Both worthy champions. 3) Lindstrom, Vaulartuns Tomba Kimura .Res. Sercombe's Trelowen Bonyea VHC Deacon,Deacon & Cobb's Knytshall Fergis Veteran Dog: (2) 1) Houston & Stirling: CH. Arnscroft Di-Hard, Class act. Exactly what I want a Buhund to be. Not showing his 8 years, he put many of the other dogs to shame. A real show man who never stopped, moved soundly, but lightly, gliding round the ring. That extra bit of sparkle that makes him the dog that he is. 30 words is just not enough to sing this praises. I gave him his 3rd ticket 7 years ago and was delighted to give him another. DCC & BOB. 2) M.Norman: Trelowen Govyn of Marambu . Smaller than (1) pale wheaten, nice size and shape but, totally out of coat. Special Vintage Dog: (0)

Minor Puppy Bitch: (2) 1) Pentland & Cale: Arnscroft Kiss and Tell Di for Sturtmoor , A Blonde Bombshell!!! What was so exciting about this bitch was that she took me back to Buhunds in the 1970's. Fantastic! after all the turbulence the Club has been through, we are getting back to what the Norwegians would call a Buhund. She is amazingly mature. Moved the socks off every other bitch and a large number of the dogs. She is so sound, oozes glamour and confidence. I know that she will go off for a while, but, this amount of quality will return once the teenage months pass. BCC, RBIS, BOS, Best Puppy I Show. 2)Deuchar, Maun & Stirling: Arnscroft Di Sing on Ice, Another lovely baby, litter sister to (1) but is taking longer to mature, with a dipping top line that will come with time. Beautiful head and expression and moved well. Another one with a future. Puppy Bitch: (2) Repeat. Junior Bitch: (1) 1)I.G & E Hussey: Tokyn Tintagel to Dawnro , Darker shaded wheaten, lovely markings with a nice overall shape. Moulting a little, but not enough to detract. Good tail set, moved well. Only 13 months with time to mature. Yearling Bitch: (0) Novice Bitch: (0) Postgraduate Bitch: (1) 1) Dr L.Isaa: Tonylynn's Ayalafizz, A pleasant bitch that possibly needed some road exercise to tighten the muscles and improve the shape. A nice head and dark eye, moved a little close in front. Limit Bitch: (3) 1) Stirling, Cross, Houston & Evans: Arnscroft Di Di Di Delilah, Good head with a lighter eye, which did blend into her colour, so didn't detract. Lovely shape with a good depth of rib, tight tail. For whatever reason these 3 girls did not move well on the day. 2) Norman: Marambu Tamnavulin , Not as well muscled as one. Handler not getting the most out of this bitch, her overall shape could be improved by practice. 3) Deacon, Deacon & Cobb: Knytshall Myfanwy , Nice looking bitch, good head and expression but was moving very wide behind. Open Bitch: (7) 1) Jacques: Ch My Carrey , Really glamorous bitch. Well worthy of being a champion. Beautiful shape, just what I am looking for. Excellent condition. Well muscled, tight feet, nicely tucked up, classy head and expression. Was unfortunate to meet a youngster who moved the socks off everyone else. RCC. 2) G & J Purves: Bulabs Sky Child , Good overall shape and top line, good head and expression, well muscled but lost out on her back movement on the day. 3) Sercombe: Trelowen Gwave Res Cross' Ch Ir Ch Arnscroft Di Nahs Mite VHC. Norman's Tokyn Keeva of Marambu Veteran Bitch (3) 1)G & J Purves Bulabs Kittiwake , A slightly built bitch for 8 years old. Still in good shape, black masked with nice expression. Won on movement. 2) D. Stirling: Ch Arnscroft Di Sing with Death Another quality bitch, with a great deal of good qualities, dropping her tail on the day. 3) C.John CH Trelowen Bysy at Cristakelle . Special Vintage Bitch (2) 1) Deacon, Deacon & Cobb: CH Knytshall Edith , At over 13 years this black bitch was certainly showing her grey hair. This however doesn't take away from a well made bitch, with so many qualities still there to see including sound movement. 2) D. Stirling: Noorabli Dina Mite at Arnscroft. One word: Matronly!
